Elliot Ronald MA
Elliot has previously worked as Strategy Director of a boutique consultancy, as a strategy consultant at Ernst & Young, and in corporate venturing at WPP. Elliot has strong experience in TMT, Energy, Financial Services and Government sectors. Clients have included BP, Nokia, Ford, ABF, national governments and the EU. Elliot holds a science MA and BA from Oxford University. He is also a Director of EveryEye Ltd and fluent in Spanish.

Gregor Hoefter MBA
Gregor previously worked on communication strategies and online marketing projects in consumer electronics, cosmetics and finance. Clients include Estee Lauder, Clinique, Charles Schwab, Cabinet Office and Sony. Previously worked in banking as a securities analyst in London and in Portugal for Banco Commercial Português in Corporate Finance. Gregor holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from University College London. He is fluent in German, Spanish and Portuguese and has good knowledge of Italian and French

Felix Lepetit PhD
Felix was previously at Mars & Co Consulting where he worked on projects with multinational clients in the telecoms, FMCG, retail and branded apparel industries. Clients include Nestlé, BT, Levi Strauss, EU and Govt of Egypt. Prior to that, he worked in research for Rolls-Royce at Oxford University on development of next generation aero-engines. Felix holds a PhD and a MEng, both in Engineering, from Oxford University. He is fluent in Italian and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
