15 September: Hambalt presents on economics of regeneration in Tallinn, Estonia
Hambalt was delighted to take part in a two day trade mission to Estonia where we presented on Economics & Finance Regeneration Strategy. The conference had 500 participants and other international firms represented included DTZ and Broadway Malyan together with academics such as Richard Florida.

21 July 2005: Hambalt co-founds RegenUK regeneration partnership

28 June 2005: Hambalt takes target investors to Slovenia
Hambalt took two potential UK investors on a trip to Slovenia to visit companies with a view to strategic investment. The trip was one in Hambalt's ongoing relationship with local partner Omegainvest, and further demonstrates Hambalt's commitment to work with the new members of Europe.

15 June 2005: Hambalt takes part in UK trade mission to Latvia & Lithuania
Hambalt takes part on British Government's UK Trade & Investment mission to Latvia and Lithuania. Hambalt gave presentations to senior decision makers with regard to the regeneration of Riga, the capital of Latvia, and Klaipeda, Lithuania's third largest city. Hambalt worked in partnership with UK firms Broadway Malyan, JMP Consulting, Levitt Bernstein, Malcolm Reading & Associates, and The Paul Hogarth Company during the weeklong mission.

25 April 2005: New partnership between Hambalt and Total Solutions Incorporated
Hambalt is delighted to announce a new professional services partnership with Total Solutions Incorporated (TSI) of New Delhi, India. TSI is a firm of management & financial consultants with a team of 70. Mr. Kapil Malhotra, CEO and founder, is a Chartered Accountant & Risk Management Specialist formerly of Deloitte. TSI's areas of expertise include Audits (Internal, Management & Statutory), Due Dilligence, Market Research, Customer Audit Programs, US GAAP, SOX.

Hambalt is pleased to have formed this partnership with a leading Indian professional services firm. We see signficant synergies through the combination of Hambalt's strategy consulting capability and European client base with TSI's finance, accounting, and outsource capabilities and local client base. It continues Hambalt's mission to conduct interesting work in emerging markets.

Ronald Ventures becomes Hambalt
Ronald Ventures, the strategy consulting firm, has changed its name to Hambalt. This new identity reflects the firm's focus on high-level consulting work.

Elliot Ronald, Director and founder of Hambalt said:
"We have enjoyed significant growth since we created Ronald Ventures two years ago and have strengthened our team of consultants. We have chosen to re-brand as Hambalt to underline this growth and confidence in the future."

23 March 2005: Printing Strategy for Egypt project receives acclaim from industry bodies and national press
The national printing industry strategy produced by Ronald Ventures in partnership with the local firm ProGress Business Consultants has received widespread national acclaim by industry leaders in Cairo. A number of seminars and conferences held to present the findings and promote the recommendations to the 4000 Egyptian printing firms have been dubbed a great success. The Industrial Modernisation Centre (IMC) is now aggressively pushing the implementation forward and is currently appointing parties to implement this important national industry strategy.
